We are looking for passionate and dedicated Property Consultants to join our multicultural team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of the Algarve real estate market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients from diverse nationalities.
Position: Property Consultant – Portimão and Alvor
Location: Portimão and Alvor, Algarve, Portugal
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, understanding clients' needs and offering personalised solutions.
- Business Mediation: Facilitate the buying, selling, and renting of properties in the Algarve, focusing on Portimão and Alvor.
- Property Viewings: Organise and conduct property viewings, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate contracts, ensuring satisfaction for all parties.
- Property Marketing: Utilize digital and traditional marketing tools to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
- Database Management: Keep the property database updated and manage client records.
Requirements:
- Experience: Even if you have no experience, but are interested in learning and dedicating quality time to learning, we are interested in your application. The real estate sector has attractive opportunities that can change your life.
- Education: Complete high school; higher education in related fields is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Algarve real estate market, especially Portimão and Alvor.
